My holistic non-restrictive approach integrates movement, custom meal planning, mindfulness practices, and a supportive community, making wellness accessible and engaging for everyone. The purchase of any plan includes a supportive accountability group chat to help keep you motivated and on track to make sustainable lifestyle changes..
Are The Meal Plans Easy To Follow?

Yes! With young children and a family of my own, I understand the importance of simplicity. My goal is to empower you with delicious, wholesome recipes that not only fuel your workouts but also tantalize your taste buds. By creating meals that you genuinely enjoy, we pave the way for healthy eating to become a joyful habit rather than a burdensome task. My meal plans rotate on a weekly basis- meaning you would be eating the same breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for 1 full week. You are welcome to make substitutions as you see fit/necessary to better suit you and your family

Mindfulness is integrated into my approach to help you cultivate awareness and presence during your wellness journey. This may include practices such as mindful eating, meditation, and stress reduction techniques, which can enhance your overall well-being and promote healthier habits. I believe strongly in reflection and self awareness, as we cannot change things we are in denial of. Nutrition plays a critical role in how we feel and function on a daily basis. Fuel Better, Feel Better, Do Better.
HOW WILL YOU PROVIDE ONGOING SUPPORT?
**How often will I receive support, feedback or check ins??**
I recommend regular check-ins (usually every 1-2 weeks) to assess your progress, celebrate your achievements, and make any necessary adjustments to your plan. These ongoing evaluations ensure that you stay accountable, motivated and on track to reach your goals. This is not an automated plan. I customize everything, I input everything and I CARE ABOUT YOUR JOURNEY. If I notice you have been silent in the group chat, or that you haven't hit your workouts- you can bet I will be reaching out to you to see what's going on. If you need a coach that will show up at your door step and drag you out of bed, so no more just drop your address below.

Personal experience- I have had a life long journey of yo-yo dieting. I have tried almost every fad diet out there. I have knowledge of what works and what doesn’t. I am aware that mindset is a huge proponent of change & focus on wholesome, non restrictive approaches that are sustainable for long term results.
I am a Registered Nurse - My healthcare background allows me to approach wellness with a comprehensive understanding of the body and its needs, ensuring that my recommendations are safe, effective, and grounded in evidence-based practice.
In addition to my nursing credentials, I have been privately training friends and family over the years and I have recently completed my Personal Training & Nutritionist certifications. I will be specializing in strength & conditioning, corrective exercise and women’s health.
With my knowledge, certifications, ongoing research and nursing experience- I am able to design personalized nutrition and fitness programs that suit your lifestyle, experience and goals.

What If I Have Dietary Restrictions?

Absolutely! My personalized meal plans take into account any dietary restrictions, allergies or preferences you may have, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, keto, and more. We aim to create delicious and nutritious meals that fit your lifestyle while supporting your health goals.


WHAT IF I'M BRAND NEW TO THIS?
**Can I participate in your programs if I’m new to fitness?**
Absolutely! My programs are designed to cater to all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes. I will create a plan that meets you where you are, providing guidance and support every step of the way. I am more than happy to tailor a plan to suit your needs, and regular check ins mean that we can tweak things as we go. I welcome virtual and in-person form checks to support you and to maximize your time.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED FOR YOUR WORKOUTS?
6. **Do I need any specialized equipment to follow your fitness plans?**
Not necessarily! I can create a fitness plan that utilizes minimal equipment or even focuses on bodyweight exercises if that’s what you prefer. If you do have access to specific equipment I will incorporate that as well. This is about YOU and my job is to help you adopt and maintain healthy habits that you can easily incorporate into your lifestyle.

**Are your services available online, virtual or in person?**
I currently live in Fort McMurray, AB. I also travel to Lethbridge, AB quite frequently so am able to offer checkins + 1-1 training sessions when I am there! I offer both online and virtual services, in addition to in-person consultations, check-ins and 1-1 training, to provide flexibility and convenience. You can engage with your personalized fitness and nutrition plans from the comfort of your home or wherever you may be, ensuring that wellness fits seamlessly into your lifestyle.
